If we have confirmed for you that the accommodation is available, then you can make a reservation using our secure booking system

Cancellation policy

•  We do appreciate that sometimes, it may be necessary to cancel or change reservations due to unforeseen circumstances.

•  Should this happen, our policy for cancellation or non-arrival is as follows:-

• We request a minimum of 48 hours notification of cancellation.
• Full refund if cancelled 4 weeks prior to arrival
• 90% refund if cancelled 2 to 4 weeks prior to arrival
• 50% refund if cancelled 2 to 14 days prior to arrival
• 0% refund if cancelled up to 2 days prior to arrival

•  Every effort will be made to resell cancelled rooms and if resold we will charge 10% of the quoted price to cover our administration costs.

•  Any charges will be debited against the credit card number as supplied.
